D. Michael Lins, a life-long native of Tampa, Florida is the founding partner of Lins Law Group, P.A. Mr. Lins graduated from Florida State University College of Law with honors and has over 24 years of legal experience in Florida. He practices in the areas of estate planning, wills trusts, probate and elder law, personal injury and wrongful death, and family law (including divorce, custody, and support). This blog has been started by Mr. Lins to provide advice, resources and information to help protect individuals and families in the face of life-impacting events including injury, illness, disability, death, or divorce. Mr. Lins is available throughout West Central Florida, including the Tampa Bay area, with offices presently in Tampa and Clearwater.
